The first step in the procedure is introduction meeting by telephone with the hiring manager. During this interview we will explain something about the position, our organisation and your application/profile. The goal of this interview is to see if there is a match from both sides.
After this there will be a personal introduction with the hiring manager and HR. We will present Graydon, our mission and vision and goals/objectives. Most of all we are curious about your ambitions and wishes. In a second interview we will elaborate on your motivation and the possibilities we can offer you.
Depending on the job, the application process consists two or three interviews. Part of this process is also to present a Business Case or presentation.
